We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Customers are advised to review their order carefully before completing checkout.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Plant sapling received in damaged condition
Flower bulbs received damaged or unusable
Seeds received damaged or unusable
Wrong item delivered

In all eligible cases, customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

3. Mandatory Proof for Claim

To process any return or replacement request, the following proof is required:

Continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits)
Clear images of the product and packaging
Order ID and purchase details

Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Charges

In case of an approved return or replacement, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. The product must be securely packed before sending it back.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided if replacement is not possible.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 7 days of order confirmation via trusted courier services or speed post.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
